Director's note
Two exposures make this: a good portrait, then the same portrait covered. Print first, matte and generous, then lay real cloth on it and shoot it again, because a fabric texture layered in software has no shadow and no depth and everyone can see it. Cover half the face, not all of it. Keep the type off the veil.
