Director's note
Shoot it straight. The photograph should deceive for a moment, so scale, light and angle must agree with the painted thing, and then it should admit the trick: a hand touching the flat bow, a shadow falling the wrong way, a real object beside the painted one. One illusion per frame. No fisheye, no obvious compositing and no textures that were never meant to fool anyone.
